  • Eligibility Window: Unless stated otherwise below, refund requests must be submitted within the published money-back period for the service.
  • Original Payment Method: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Some methods (e.g., crypto, bank wires) may be refunded as account credit.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Setup fees, migration fees, third-party licenses (e.g., cPanel, LiteSpeed), IP addresses, and one-time professional services are non-refundable.
  • Promotions & Free Domain: If a plan includes a free/discounted domain and you request a hosting refund, the domain cost (and applicable fees) will be deducted; the domain remains yours for the term.
  • Abuse & Violations: Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
  • Renewals: Services renew automatically. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new term begins; cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or provider.
