Set up in this order

1. Prepare WHMCS and a backup.

   Confirm that your existing WHMCS installation works, check host requirements and back up its files and database. Keep its native template folders. Review prerequisites →

2. Upload the customer package.

   Extract the package, then merge its contents into the WHMCS root beside init.php. Preserve your local configuration and uploaded assets. Follow installation →

3. Activate the addon and grant access.

   Enable Weeby Studio in WHMCS Addon Modules, configure Access Control, then open it from the Addons menu. See the addon steps →

4. Activate the correct license.

   Check your final website URL before claiming a serial. Use a separately authorized staging license for a temporary test installation. Understand activation →

5. Enable the theme and cart.

   Review Installation health and activate Weeby Studio. Check both system-theme and order-form selections, including product-group overrides. Enable both templates →

6. Connect your real catalog.

   Create products, prices and currencies in WHMCS. In Studio, select the products used by the hosting and VPS slots. Configure products → Edit resource text →

7. Apply your branding and content.

   Choose a palette, add your logo, edit pages and menus, provide translations and review policy content. Set your brand → Configure languages →

8. Preview, publish and verify.

   Save a server draft, review each device size, publish and test the actual client and checkout flows. Use the publishing workflow → Complete the launch review →

A working WHMCS installation comes first

Weeby Studio is a theme, order form and visual editor for an existing WHMCS installation. Your WHMCS licence, hosting account, domain and business configuration are managed separately. Confirm that the native client area and administration area work before adding the theme.

Make a recovery point

• Back up the full WHMCS database and files, including your existing configuration and uploaded media.
• Record your current system theme, default order form and any product-group-specific order forms.
• Confirm your final WHMCS System URL, including its installation directory, and use valid HTTPS for the live site.

Normal installation can be completed through your hosting File Manager or file-transfer application. A terminal is not required. Continue to Upload and install once your backups and access are ready.

1. Find your WHMCS root

Open your hosting File Manager or connect with FTP/SFTP. Locate the directory containing WHMCS init.php. For example, this may be public_html/ or public_html/billing/. Upload the contents of Weeby-Studio.zip into that directory and merge its folders.

Do not place the entire package inside an extra Weeby-Studio/ folder. Keep the supplied folder names, reference/ directory, scripts and assets intact. Retain the required licence notices supplied with the package.

2. Preserve your local configuration

Keep your existing WHMCS configuration.php. When updating an existing installation, also retain your local includes/weebystudio/config.php and uploaded files. If your administrator folder has a different name, update only adminDirectory in the Studio configuration:

Enter the existing directory name only. Do not add the domain, a full URL, a username or a password. Your administrator folder is not renamed by this setting.

3. Enable the addon

1. Sign in to WHMCS as an administrator.
2. Go to Configuration → System Settings → Addon Modules.
3. Find Weeby Studio and click its activation control.
4. Open its configuration, select the permitted administrator roles under Access Control, and save.
5. Open Addons → Weeby Studio.

If the module is missing from the list, check the exact folder path and confirm that the package was fully extracted. If activation reports a database-permission error, ask your hosting provider to grant the permissions needed for the module tables.

Confirm the website before activation

In WHMCS General Settings, confirm that WHMCS System URL matches the host and installation directory you intend to use. A site installed under /billing/ has a different scope from one installed at the domain root. Use valid HTTPS for your live website.

The first valid activation binds your serial to one website and installation identity. A different host, base directory or newly created installation identity cannot reuse that claim automatically. Contact purchase and licence support before a domain move, directory move or separate staging installation.

Activate in Studio

1. Open Addons → Weeby Studio.
2. Review the website shown in the activation card.
3. Paste the complete issued serial into License serial. Serials are case-sensitive; retain every symbol exactly as supplied.
4. Click Activate this website.
5. When the licence is active, click Open Weeby Studio.

The Verify license button refreshes the licence status. The Purchase and license support link opens the seller’s support destination. Your serial is submitted by the WHMCS server to its configured HTTPS licensing service and is not saved in the design project.

If activation fails

• Read the exact status message rather than repeating activation with changed serial text.
• Check the serial, final System URL and administrator session.
• Ask your host to confirm that cURL, OpenSSL and outbound HTTPS are available.
• Contact purchase support for an already-bound serial or planned move.

A temporary licensing-service outage may be covered by an existing unexpired signed licence state. An expired or wrong-site licence does not enable Studio. After successful activation, continue to Installation health.

• تواصل مع دعم الشراء إذا كان السيريال مرتبطًا بالفعل أو كنت تخطط لنقل الموقع.

قد يستمر العمل مؤقتًا عند تعطل خدمة الترخيص إذا كانت لدى التثبيت حالة موقعة لم تنتهِ صلاحيتها. أما الترخيص المنتهي أو المرتبط بموقع آخر فلا يتيح Studio. بعد نجاح التفعيل، انتقل إلى Installation health.

Run the installation check

Open Project → Installation health in Studio. The panel checks required PHP features, the active licence, package files and the public entry file. It also shows the current system theme, default order form, upload access and product-group order form overrides.

Resolve every required failed check before activation. A missing or mismatched file should be restored from the complete matching customer release. Do not combine scripts, PHP and templates from different releases. A warning about image-upload access affects uploads; the panel distinguishes warnings from required failures.

Review group-specific order forms

WHMCS can assign an order form to an individual product group. This setting can override the global default. The option Update product groups using older Weeby or Standard Cart layouts is selected by default in the activation panel; review it before continuing.

• When selected, it migrates the exact legacy values weeby, weeby3, weeby_horizon and standard_cart to weebystudio.
• Unrelated custom cart assignments remain as they are.
• An empty group assignment continues to use WHMCS’s default order form.

Activate and refresh

1. Click Activate Weeby Studio once the required checks pass.
2. Confirm that the selected system theme and default order form now use weebystudio.
3. Go to Utilities → System → System Cleanup → Empty Template Cache.
4. Close and reopen Studio, refresh the website assets, and review the public website and signed-in client area in a separate browser session.

Before launch, configure and verify your actual products, available billing cycles, currencies, gateways, tax rules, mail, automation, registrar and provisioning settings in WHMCS. Theme activation does not create those services or replace their configuration.

To return to a previous theme, restore your recorded system-theme, default-cart and group-specific selections. Disabling the addon alone does not perform this rollback.

Weeby Studio brings your public website, shared branding and supported WHMCS presentation controls into one editor. Start with a small change, save a draft, then review the result before publishing. Your WHMCS administrator role must have access to the addon, and your website licence must be active.

The workspace at a glance

Make your first edit

1. Open Pages and choose Home.
2. Click an ordinary text element on the canvas. Double-click to edit inline, or use the Content inspector.
3. Use Style for its appearance and Settings for supported attributes. The parent-selection control helps you reach its container.
4. Switch between Desktop, Tablet and Mobile. Use Fit if the canvas is larger than your window.
5. Select Save draft. When ready, follow the publishing workflow.

Keep connected content intact

Live prices, product bindings, account records and transaction forms are protected. A protected selection can still expose supported styles or labels; a resource value offers a shortcut to its proper Plans control. Use Layers rather than repeatedly clicking nested content.

Useful shortcuts

Ctrl / Command + S saves a draft. Use the Undo and Redo buttons for recent editor changes. Keyboard undo and redo apply to the project when focus is outside a text field. The session keeps up to 30 project snapshots; use an exported backup for durable recovery.

The included public collection contains 23 pages: the homepage, service directory, service pages and policy pages. Shared header and footer content is managed separately. WHMCS pages are listed as Protected; they keep their native routes and live records.

Open and find a page

Choose Pages and use Find a page… to search its name, title or slug. The list groups website content, services, policies and protected WHMCS pages. Selecting a page loads its own canvas and styles.

Create or duplicate public content

1. Set Editing language to English · Base.
2. Use the plus control in Pages to open Add a page, or select a public page and choose Duplicate.
3. Enter a descriptive Page name and an unused Page slug, such as about-us. Start with a lowercase letter and use lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens.
4. Choose Create page or Duplicate page. Add content with the canvas and Add tools, then include a link in your navigation.

A duplicated page becomes a custom public page. Protected WHMCS routes cannot be duplicated. Create page structure in the base language, then add its translations.

Set the page title and description

Open Page settings & SEO. Set Page name, Browser title and Search description, then select Apply page settings. The limits are 160, 200 and 1,200 characters respectively. Write a useful browser title and a concise description that accurately describes the page.

Page CSS applies to the selected page. Base public pages also expose Body classes for advanced styling. A translated page has its own content, title and description; URLs and layout classes remain shared with its base page.

URLs and page removal

The homepage uses index.php. Other public pages use the configured filename and a page slug, such as services.php?page=about-us. The current address appears in Page settings. Change the shared filename through Theme → Website URLs.

A draft, a published design and an exported backup serve different purposes. Use drafts while editing, publish only the version you want visitors to see, and keep an exported copy before large changes.

Save a draft

Save draft, or Ctrl / Command + S, stores a server draft for the current administrator. Wait for Draft saved · unpublished. The public website is unchanged. A browser recovery draft may help after interrupted work, but browser storage is not a dependable backup.

Publish your website design

1. Review the current page, shared areas, selected language and device previews.
2. Choose Publish changes → Publish design.
3. Wait until the operation completes and read the status. Successful publication shows Website published.
4. Open the website separately to check the result, navigation and native interactions.

Publishing records the previous published design. Resource display values are checked against the accepted server response and a readback of the saved project. If a save fails or cannot be verified, retain your edits, export them and resolve the visible error before treating the change as published.

Export and import a project

Export design and Project → Download project backup download editable project JSON. It includes content, design settings, translations, mappings and asset references. It is not a deployable HTML website, a complete WHMCS database export or an archive of uploaded images.

To restore a project, choose Project → Import project, select a valid Weeby JSON backup, then confirm Import design. Import replaces the current editor session; use Save draft or Publish changes afterwards. The importer accepts a file up to 24MB, but a saved project must fit the 12MB application limit and your host request limit. A project supports up to 250 pages.

Restore a published version

Open Project → Publishing & saved versions → Published versions. Choose a revision and select Restore. Restoration creates a new published version and replaces unsaved editor work. The server keeps the ten most recent prior published versions; export work you need before restoring.

Reload, undo or reset

Load server draft reopens your saved administrator draft. Reload saved server design opens the published project. Project → Reset this draft → Load published design replaces the editor contents with published content; it differs from a factory Reinstall. لكل من المسودة والتصميم المنشور والنسخة الاحتياطية المصدّرة وظيفة مختلفة. استخدم المسودات أثناء التحرير، وانشر الإصدار الذي تريد عرضه للزوار، واحتفظ بنسخة مصدّرة قبل التعديلات الكبيرة.

حفظ مسودة

يحفظ Save draft أو Ctrl / Command + S مسودة على الخادم تخص المدير الحالي. انتظر ظهور Draft saved · unpublished. لا يتغير الموقع العام. قد تساعدك مسودة استرداد المتصفح بعد انقطاع العمل، لكن تخزين المتصفح لا يُعد نسخة احتياطية يمكن الاعتماد عليها.

نشر تصميم الموقع

1. راجع الصفحة الحالية والمناطق المشتركة واللغة المحددة ومعاينات الأجهزة.
2. اختر Publish changes → Publish design.
3. انتظر اكتمال العملية واقرأ الحالة. تظهر Website published عند نجاح النشر.
4. افتح الموقع بصورة مستقلة لمراجعة النتيجة والروابط ووظائف WHMCS الأصلية.

يسجّل النشر التصميم المنشور السابق. تُقارن قيم عرض الموارد برد الخادم ثم بإعادة قراءة المشروع المحفوظ. إذا فشل الحفظ أو تعذر التحقق منه، احتفظ بتعديلاتك وصدّرها، وعالج الخطأ الظاهر قبل اعتبار التغيير منشورًا.

تصدير مشروع واستيراده

ينزّل Export design وProject → Download project backup نسخة JSON قابلة للتعديل. تضم المحتوى وإعدادات التصميم والترجمات والربط وروابط الصور. وهي ليست موقع HTML جاهزًا للنشر، ولا نسخة كاملة لقاعدة WHMCS، ولا أرشيفًا للصور المرفوعة.

لاستعادة مشروع اختر Project → Import project وحدد نسخة Weeby JSON سليمة، ثم أكد Import design. يستبدل الاستيراد جلسة التحرير الحالية؛ احفظ مسودة أو انشر بعدها. يقبل المستورد ملفًا حتى 24 ميجابايت، لكن المشروع المحفوظ يجب أن يناسب حد التطبيق البالغ 12 ميجابايت وحد طلب الخادم. يدعم المشروع حتى 250 صفحة.

استعادة إصدار منشور

افتح Project → Publishing & saved versions → Published versions. اختر إصدارًا واضغط Restore. تنشئ الاستعادة إصدارًا منشورًا جديدًا وتستبدل عمل المحرر غير المحفوظ. يحتفظ الخادم بآخر عشرة إصدارات منشورة سابقة؛ صدّر العمل الذي تحتاجه قبل الاستعادة.

إعادة التحميل والتراجع وإعادة المسودة

يفتح Load server draft مسودة المدير المحفوظة. ويفتح Reload saved server design المشروع المنشور. أما Project → Reset this draft → Load published design فيستبدل محتوى المحرر بالمحتوى المنشور، ويختلف عن إعادة ضبط تصميم Studio إلى إعدادات المصنع باستخدام Reinstall. يخص سجل Undo/Redo جلسة التحرير ولا يغني عن الإصدارات المحفوظة أو النسخ الاحتياطية.

Start with Theme to set the colours and typography shared by the public website, client area and checkout. Change your displayed company name under Project → WHMCS settings → Website identity → Brand name. Review shared header and footer content after rebranding.

Choose a palette

Color scheme includes Weeby Original, Royal Indigo, Azure Coast, Cobalt Night, Garnet Rose, Amethyst Violet, Orchid Plum, Ruby Crimson, Ember Terracotta, Copper Amber, Midnight Ink and Cerulean Bay. Weeby Original restores the original blue, navy and white identity.

Select Custom palette to use your own colours. Editing any individual colour also switches the selection to Custom. Available fields cover Brand accent, Actions & links, Footer & client sidebar, Headings & text, Secondary text, Page background, Soft surface and Borders. Use six-digit hexadecimal colours.

Typography and spacing

Set Font family to a CSS font stack already available or loaded on your site. This field does not install a new font. Content width (px) accepts 960–1,600px. Use 0–30px for Button corners (px) to keep editor and website previews consistent.

Logo and favicon

Under Brand assets, enter your Logo image URL. Leave Favicon URL empty to use the Weeby icon generated in the chosen palette. Entering a custom favicon URL preserves that artwork and its colours. Browsers can cache tab icons, so review in a fresh tab after publishing.

Upload and replace images

1. Open Assets → Upload images. Use PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF up to 5MB per image; your host may impose a lower limit.
2. Select the editable image on the canvas, then click the desired image in Asset library.
3. Set meaningful Alternative text in Content and review cropping at each device size.

You can also add an HTTPS image URL without embedded credentials. Bundled artwork follows its palette rules; your uploaded photos, custom logo and custom favicon keep their own artwork. Back up templates/weebystudio/uploads separately: the project JSON stores references, not image files.

الخطوط والمسافات

اكتب في Font family مجموعة خطوط CSS متاحة أو محمّلة بالفعل على الموقع؛ لا يقوم الحقل بتثبيت خط جديد. يقبل Content width (px) عرضًا بين 960 و1,600 بكسل. استخدم قيمة من 0 إلى 30 بكسل في Button corners (px) لتناسق العرض بين المحرر والموقع.

الشعار وأيقونة التبويب

داخل Brand assets أدخل رابط الشعار في Logo image URL. اترك Favicon URL فارغًا لاستخدام أيقونة Weeby المولّدة بلون البالتة. عند إدخال أيقونة مخصصة تحتفظ بشكلها وألوانها. قد يحتفظ المتصفح بالأيقونة مؤقتًا؛ راجعها في تبويب جديد بعد النشر.

رفع الصور واستبدالها

1. افتح Assets → Upload images. استخدم PNG أو JPG أو WebP أو GIF حتى 5 ميجابايت للصورة؛ قد يسمح الخادم بحجم أقل.
2. حدد الصورة القابلة للتعديل داخل الصفحة، ثم اضغط الصورة المطلوبة من Asset library.
3. اكتب Alternative text مفيدًا داخل Content وراجع اقتصاص الصورة على أحجام الأجهزة المختلفة.

يمكن إضافة رابط HTTPS للصورة دون بيانات دخول مضمّنة. تتبع الرسوم المرفقة قواعد البالتة، بينما تحتفظ الصور المرفوعة والشعار والأيقونة المخصصة بأعمالها الأصلية. احتفظ بنسخة منفصلة من templates/weebystudio/uploads؛ ملف المشروع JSON يحفظ الروابط ولا يضم ملفات الصور.

Open Project → Menus & footer to edit shared navigation. Use Edit shared header visually or Edit shared footer visually for their visual content. These shared areas affect multiple public pages, so review a service page as well as the homepage after a change.

Add and organise links

1. Choose English · Base when adding or removing navigation destinations.
2. Under Additional header links or Additional footer links, choose + Add header link or + Add footer link.
3. Set Label and Destination. Use the Visible checkbox to control display.
4. Use the up/down arrows to reorder links, or Remove to remove a navigation entry.
5. Save a draft, test every destination and publish.

Supported destinations include internal paths, website URLs, mailto:, tel: and an anchor such as #plans. Use a real page address; creating a label does not create the destination page. The server rejects unsafe URL formats and credentials embedded in links.

Use Footer description and Footer note for shared footer copy. Additional links have a limit of 80 entries per header/footer collection. Grouped menus is an advanced JSON editor; prefer the direct controls for ordinary link changes.

Change the public filename

Go to Theme → Website URLs → Public page filename. For example, enter services.php. Start with a lowercase letter, use lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens, and keep the .php extension. Reserved WHMCS filenames and existing file collisions are rejected.

Save draft stores the choice; Publish changes checks the server and creates the safe public route. Public pages then use addresses such as services.php?page=hosting. The homepage remains on index.php, and client/account/cart routes keep their native addresses.

Visibility controls

Project → WHMCS settings → Navigation & visibility controls supported header actions, footer, language/currency selectors and dashboard panels. When editing another language, translate shared visual content and footer copy; structural menu destinations are managed in the base language.

تشمل الوجهات المدعومة المسارات الداخلية وروابط المواقع وmailto: وtel: وروابط الأقسام مثل #plans. اكتب عنوان صفحة موجودة؛ إضافة عنوان للقائمة لا تنشئ صفحة الوجهة. يرفض الخادم صيغ الروابط غير الآمنة وبيانات الدخول المضمّنة فيها.

استخدم Footer description وFooter note للنص المشترك داخل الفوتر. الحد الأقصى للروابط الإضافية هو 80 رابطًا لكل مجموعة هيدر أو فوتر. يُعد Grouped menus محرر JSON متقدمًا؛ استخدم الحقول المباشرة للتعديلات المعتادة.

تغيير اسم ملف الصفحات العامة

انتقل إلى Theme → Website URLs → Public page filename، وأدخل مثلًا services.php. ابدأ بحرف إنجليزي صغير واستخدم الحروف الصغيرة والأرقام والشرطة، مع الامتداد .php. تُرفض أسماء WHMCS المحجوزة والتعارضات مع الملفات الموجودة.

يحفظ Save draft الاختيار، بينما يفحص Publish changes الخادم وينشئ مسار العرض الآمن. تصبح روابط الصفحات العامة مثل services.php?page=hosting. وتبقى الرئيسية على index.php وروابط حساب العميل والسلة على مساراتها الأصلية.

التحكم في الظهور

تتحكم Project → WHMCS settings → Navigation & visibility في الإجراءات المدعومة بالهيدر والفوتر واختيار اللغة والعملة وأقسام لوحة العميل. عند تعديل لغة أخرى ترجم محتوى الهيدر والفوتر والنص المحلي، بينما تُدار وجهات القوائم في اللغة الأساسية.

Public website translations and native WHMCS language files work together. Studio manages your public page content, supported shared interface phrases and reading direction. WHMCS continues to supply native form labels, product translations, financial values and account data.

Add a website language

1. Open Languages → + Add a language.
2. Choose an installed or preset language, or select Custom language.
3. Enter a unique Language key, a visible Display name, a standard Language code and Reading direction. For Arabic, use a key such as arabic, code ar and Right to left (RTL).
4. Enable Offer this language to visitors. Select Default website language if it should be the initial choice for new visitors.

The language key starts with a lowercase letter and contains 2–40 lowercase letters, numbers, underscores or hyphens. A project supports up to 64 configured languages. Choose another default before disabling the current default language.

Translate a page and shared content

1. Open the public page in Pages, then choose its target Editing language.
2. Use Start from English content to create a separate starting copy.
3. Edit the page on the canvas and update its browser title and description in Page settings & SEO.
4. Use Translate shared header and Translate shared footer for shared areas.
5. Review the correct direction on each device, save a draft and publish.

English · Base remains the source. A language page without its own translation uses the available fallback. Use fallback for this page removes that page custom translation from your draft without deleting English content or other languages.

Translate interface phrases

Expand Client area & shared interface phrases and use Find a phrase…. Enter a translation, or leave it empty for fallback. A custom Studio language does not install a native WHMCS language pack or automatically translate every transaction screen. Install the appropriate native language files where needed.

Visitor language and currency

Enable the relevant selectors under Project → WHMCS settings. The visitor opens Language & currency, chooses a language link, or chooses a configured currency and selects Apply currency. Explicit language choices are preserved when a default is changed.

تظل English · Base مصدر المحتوى. إذا لم يكن للصفحة ترجمة مستقلة، تُستخدم الترجمة البديلة المتاحة. يحذف Use fallback for this page ترجمة هذه الصفحة من المسودة ويعيد البديل، دون حذف الإنجليزية أو ترجمات اللغات الأخرى.

ترجمة عبارات الواجهة

افتح Client area & shared interface phrases واستخدم Find a phrase…. اكتب الترجمة أو اترك الحقل فارغًا لاستخدام البديل. إضافة لغة مخصصة في Studio لا تثبّت حزمة لغة WHMCS ولا تترجم جميع شاشات المعاملات تلقائيًا. ثبّت ملفات اللغة الأصلية المناسبة عند الحاجة.

اختيار لغة الزائر وعملته

فعّل أدوات الاختيار المناسبة من Project → WHMCS settings. يفتح الزائر Language & currency ويختار رابط اللغة، أو يحدد عملة متاحة ثم يضغط Apply currency. يظل اختيار اللغة الصريح محفوظًا عند تغيير اللغة الافتراضية.

Start with Theme for shared design decisions, the Style inspector for a selected element and Page settings for the selected page. These controls keep everyday editing manageable. Use advanced CSS or JSON settings only when a direct control does not cover your requirement.

Choose the right styling level

Give your own public section a distinctive class and target that class. Keep changes narrow so they do not unintentionally affect input fields, payment controls or navigation. Review the result on Desktop, Tablet and Mobile.

CSS is validated and scoped by the runtime. This example adds spacing only; use Theme for shared colours rather than introducing competing hard-coded brand colours throughout your styles.

Work with native WHMCS pages

Protected pages keep WHMCS forms, permissions, validation, records and transactions connected. Select a supported element to adjust its available appearance. Open Page settings & SEO for Content before the WHMCS page, Content after the WHMCS page, supported Label overrides (JSON object) and Optional panel visibility (JSON object).

Use Add to insert surrounding content before or after the native region. Do not substitute a new form for a native form or remove required fields. In translation mode, native previews are read-only: use Languages for supported shared phrases and the installed WHMCS language pack for native fields.

Keep business configuration in WHMCS

Studio styles the experience; WHMCS manages products, prices, billing cycles, currencies, gateways, registrar/provisioning settings, customers and account permissions. Resource text describes a linked plan but does not change its allowance. A page preview cannot certify a payment or provisioning workflow.

If an advanced setting fails validation, keep your exported work and provide the exact error to support. Do not paste credentials or executable scripts into page content or JSON fields.

Start with your WHMCS catalog

Create your product groups and products in WHMCS → Products/Services. Set the product type, name, description, available billing cycles, prices and stock before connecting the website. Weeby Studio displays those native records; editing a page does not create a hosting account, payment gateway or server resource.

1. Create or edit the native product and its group.
2. Keep the product and group visible, and check that the product is not retired.
3. Enable the intended billing cycles and enter prices for every currency you offer.
4. Open Studio → Plans and pin the intended products to their website slots.
5. Publish, then check the plan name, features, price and native order destination while signed out.

Automatic selection or a specific product

The Starter, Business and Cloud website slots can automatically use eligible hosting products in your WHMCS catalog order. The three VPS slots use eligible VPS or cloud-server products. Pin products explicitly for a predictable storefront, especially when adding, hiding or reordering your catalog.

Product · live price & order links a specific product. Product group · browse options links to the group’s native ordering options. A group-only selection is a browse destination, not a quoted product.

Write clean feature lists

Use Product Short Description for one concise introduction. The tagline is the next fallback. Use a genuine HTML list in Product Description to place each feature on its own line:

The list supplies the card’s feature rows. Colon-containing text remains part of the feature. Product descriptions are not unrestricted page HTML: feature and summary copy is presented as text. Translate product names and descriptions through WHMCS’s native product translations; Studio page translations are a separate layer.

Understand the displayed price

Prices, currency formatting, setup fees and billing cycles come from WHMCS. Monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual, biennial and triennial terms appear only when available. The annual switch needs an actual annual price. Free and one-time products retain their native payment type.

الاختيار التلقائي أو ربط منتج محدد

يمكن لمواضع Starter وBusiness وCloud في الموقع استخدام منتجات الاستضافة المؤهلة تلقائيًا حسب ترتيب كتالوج WHMCS. تستخدم مواضع VPS الثلاثة المنتجات المؤهلة للخوادم الافتراضية أو السحابية. الربط الصريح بمنتجات محددة يجعل عرض المتجر مستقرًا، خصوصًا عند إضافة المنتجات أو إخفائها أو إعادة ترتيبها.

يربط Product · live price & order منتجًا محددًا. أما Product group · browse options فيوجّه إلى خيارات الطلب الأصلية داخل المجموعة. اختيار مجموعة فقط يعني رابطًا لتصفحها، وليس عرض سعر لمنتج محدد.

اكتب المميزات في قائمة واضحة

استخدم Product Short Description لمقدمة مختصرة، ويكون الشعار النصي للمنتج هو البديل التالي. ضع قائمة HTML فعلية في Product Description ليظهر كل بند في سطر مستقل:

Choose the correct control

Open Studio → Plans. Alternatively, use Theme → Plan resources → Edit plans & resource displays. You can select a connected specification on the canvas and choose Edit this resource display to open its matching control.

1. Expand the relevant slot: Starter, Business, Cloud, Vps, Vps Pro or Vps Max.
2. Choose the real product in Product · live price & order when you want a fixed selection.
3. Enter a complete label in the appropriate display text field, for example 10 GB SSD, 4 vCPU or Choose your configuration.
4. Use Save draft to retain unpublished work, or Publish changes → Publish design to update the website.
5. Review the public page and reopen the saved design to confirm the same value.

Where each value appears

Automatic values and manual labels

A blank field uses an explicit specification from the linked product description when it can be recognized. Examples include 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 80 GB NVMe storage and Storage: 160 GB SSD. Missing or ambiguous specifications show a fallback such as See options; the theme does not infer resources from the price.

A nonempty manual label takes priority for that display field. To return to automatic mode, clear the field and publish. The limit is 100 characters per resource field.

If a value returns after publication

Keep your work and inspect the saved result before making further changes. Confirm the slot, the exact display field and any save error. If the value still returns to automatic text, export the design before publishing and again after the change returns. Send both JSON files to support with your Studio version, affected page and typed value. This comparison identifies whether the change is missing from the project, the saved response or the rendered page.

A reinstall or database reset is not a routine troubleshooting step for a single display label. Review Products, plans & pricing when the unwanted wording is inside the native product description or feature list.

تكون العبارة اليدوية غير الفارغة صاحبة الأولوية لذلك الحقل. للعودة إلى الوضع التلقائي، امسح قيمة الحقل وانشر. الحد الأقصى هو 100 حرف لكل حقل موارد.

إذا رجعت القيمة بعد النشر

احتفظ بعملك وافحص نتيجة الحفظ قبل إجراء تغييرات أخرى. تحقق من الموضع والحقل المحدد وأي رسالة خطأ للحفظ. إذا رجعت القيمة إلى النص التلقائي، صدّر التصميم قبل النشر ومرة أخرى بعد رجوع القيمة، وأرسل ملفي JSON إلى الدعم مع إصدار Studio والصفحة المتأثرة والقيمة التي كتبتها. توضح المقارنة هل التعديل غير موجود داخل المشروع أم في رد الحفظ أم في عرض الصفحة.

Connect the order form

Select Weeby Studio Cart as the intended native order form. Check both the default order-form setting and each product group’s override: a group configured to use another form can keep showing its own design. Retain the licensed WHMCS parent templates required by your installation.

The customer journey follows Choose a service → Configure → Checkout. Product selection, domain registration/transfer/existing-domain choices, configurable options, add-ons and customer forms use WHMCS’s native actions and validation.

Configure the business services first

• Payments: enable your native WHMCS payment gateways and complete their provider configuration.
• Domains: configure the offered TLD prices, registration periods and registrar or lookup integration.
• Provisioning: connect the appropriate server and product module when services should be provisioned automatically.
• Automation and mail: configure the WHMCS automation schedule and outgoing mail transport, then verify delivery.
• Terms and taxes: set your real terms URL, required checkout policies and applicable native tax configuration.

Read the order summary

The summary uses native product and transaction data. When supplied by WHMCS, it shows the selected product or service, domain, quantity, billing cycle, configurable selections, add-ons, setup and renewal information. Native subtotal, discount, taxes, credit and recurring totals remain authoritative. Some checkout contexts supply less detail; absent item prices are not invented.

Review payment details moves the customer to the payment section. Complete Order submits the native order. The Already Registered? and Create a New Account controls switch the native customer modes; review both journeys rather than testing only an authenticated administrator session.

Before opening sales

1. Test an empty cart and a cart with multiple products.
2. Test a guest creating an account and an existing customer signing in.
3. Review product options, add-ons, quantities and each offered billing cycle.
4. Check offered domain flows with the intended registrar configuration.
5. Use a staging installation and the gateway’s test mode for transaction acceptance.
6. Check confirmation, invoice, outgoing email and any expected provisioning result.
7. Repeat the key flow on a phone and in each supported language and currency.

If a checkout control does not respond

Confirm the active license, complete theme upload and correct default/group order-form selection. Review visible WHMCS validation messages and JavaScript errors, including conflicts introduced by other modules or custom scripts. Do not add another jQuery or Bootstrap runtime, remove native tokens or bypass validation as a menu fix.

For incorrect displayed plan content, review Products, plans & pricing. Gateway, email, registrar and provisioning errors should be investigated in the corresponding native WHMCS module settings and logs.

A workspace connected to WHMCS

The client area presents native services, domains, invoices, support tickets and account settings inside the Weeby layout. WHMCS continues to manage the records, account permissions and actions. Editing a protected page’s presentation in Studio does not grant a customer access to another account or modify a transaction.

The sidebar, account shortcuts and extended account links follow the native WHMCS menus and hooks. Available links can differ by customer permissions, enabled products and installed modules. Keep native permissions and module configuration in WHMCS; use Studio for public website navigation and supported presentation settings.

Search and account controls

• Search the help center searches the native WHMCS Knowledgebase.
• The service overview’s own search and status filters operate on the displayed service list.
• Switch account follows the native account-switching route when WHMCS makes it available.
• Invoice payments, ticket replies, cancellations and domain management retain their original WHMCS actions and validation.

The HTML invoice view follows the theme. Native PDF downloads and transaction emails are not a general-purpose Studio page editor; configure their native WHMCS content and output separately.

Language and currency preferences

The shared globe control opens Language & currency. Studio’s settings include Show language selector and Show currency selector. Visitors can choose currencies already configured in WHMCS, with prices supplied by that native currency configuration.

Installed WHMCS language packs supply native account and checkout fields. Enabled custom Studio languages extend public website content only when no matching native pack exists. Translate public pages and supported theme phrases in Studio, product names/descriptions in WHMCS, and authored Knowledgebase articles or announcements in their native content tools. A language selector does not automatically translate business content.

Telephone fields and RTL review

The native country-code widget retains number formatting, validation and submitted values. The theme adjusts spacing and bounds the country list within the viewport; Account Details prefers an upward popup when space allows. The phone number itself remains left-to-right within a right-to-left interface.

Review guest, customer and account-owner permissions separately. Check the client menu, Knowledgebase search, invoice, support reply, phone field and language dialog on mobile as part of your checkout and account acceptance.

Back up the complete installation

Before an update, export the current Studio design and back up WHMCS files and its full database. Keep a separate copy of templates/weebystudio/uploads/, any externally hosted media, your existing includes/weebystudio/config.php and WHMCS configuration.php.

A Studio JSON export contains design data and media references. It does not contain image binaries or the WHMCS customer, service, order and financial database. A complete backup needs all of these components. Record the existing system-theme and cart selections so you have a clear rollback plan.

Install the matching release

1. Read the release information and confirm compatibility with your exact WHMCS and PHP versions.
2. Extract the complete new customer package into the WHMCS root, merging the folders and replacing the supplied theme/module files.
3. Preserve your existing local configuration values, WHMCS configuration and uploaded media.
4. Open Addons → Weeby Studio, then Project → Installation health. Resolve missing or mismatched files.
5. Empty WHMCS Template Cache, close and reopen Studio, and hard-refresh the browser.
6. Review the website, client area, order form, selected languages, currencies and mobile layouts before returning the site to normal use.

Maintain your customisations safely

Prefer Studio’s page, theme and supported Custom CSS controls for design changes. Directly editing supplied runtime files can create an Installation health mismatch and requires careful merging during updates. Review any native WHMCS template changes when upgrading WHMCS itself.

Keep the previous package and your full backup until the update is accepted. A rollback of physical files and database state should use a matching backup from the same point in time. Deactivating the addon retains design data and does not automatically restore the previous system or cart template.

What Reinstall does

Project → Reinstall Weeby Studio restores the factory Studio project and publishes it immediately. It resets website pages, translations, shared navigation, colours, brand settings, custom CSS, product display mappings and native-page design overrides. It also replaces every administrator’s saved drafts and published revision history.

Prepare and confirm deliberately

1. Export any unsaved browser design you want to keep. Also retain a complete WHMCS database/file backup and your media.
2. Open Project → Reinstall Weeby Studio and review the reset summary.
3. Type REINSTALL exactly and select the required acknowledgement.
4. Review the optional legacy-Weeby group migration. Here, Standard Cart and unrelated custom cart selections remain unchanged.
5. Click Reinstall Weeby Studio only when you intend to replace the design.

Before changing the project, Studio archives the published design, server drafts, revisions and any changed legacy cart choices in its recovery database. Unsaved browser edits are separate. The operation requires an authorised administrator, an active licence, the current revision and suitable transactional database storage.

Recover a previous design

After reset, use Recovery backups → Previous design to download the earlier project JSON. Import it through Project → Import backup, review it, then publish. Full archive also retains server drafts, revisions and changed legacy choices; it is a recovery record, not a regular project import or automatic full-database restore.

Use Open fresh Studio to continue with the factory design. If a required check fails, resolve the message first; repeatedly resetting is not a substitute for correcting the installation.

Keep your unsaved work by using Export design. Record the exact page, action and error. Open Project → Installation health to check the delivered files and dependencies. Use the relevant case below; stop when you can verify the expected result.

Use this checklist on the real licensed staging or production installation. Studio Preview is a design preview; it does not submit native WHMCS forms or prove that external services are configured. Use safe test-mode services for transaction acceptance where supported.

Getting product support

Contact the seller through the support channel supplied with your purchase. Keep your purchase/license reference private. For a reproducible issue, provide the affected page, exact actions, expected result, actual result and the full visible error message. Include your WHMCS, PHP and Weeby Studio interface versions.

For design-state issues, an editable project export can help identify saved settings and bindings. For server errors, ask your host for the relevant error-log entry. Redact customer and account information before sending screenshots. Do not send passwords, payment secrets or database credentials in the initial report.
