Your client area keeps the commercial order, its invoice and the resulting service as separate records. This separation helps you see whether a request is awaiting payment, being prepared or ready to use. A paid invoice alone is not a substitute for the activation details for your hosting account or server.
Recommended steps
- Open the order confirmation and check that the product, domain spelling, billing cycle and configuration match your request. Report a mistake before requesting provisioning changes.
- Review the invoice separately. Unpaid means a balance remains; Paid means the invoice has been recorded as settled. Check the available transaction details if you need payment clarification.
- Go to My Services and open the individual service. Pending generally indicates that preparation or review is outstanding. Active indicates the service record is enabled; follow its activation information for the actual access method.
- Treat a domain registration or transfer as its own process. A domain may require additional validation or registrar action even when an associated hosting account is already available.
- If the status is unexpected, contact the appropriate department with the order, invoice and service references. Keep the conversation on one ticket so the relationship between these records remains clear.
Do not place repeated orders simply because activation is not immediate. That can create duplicate requests and invoices. Ask Support or Billing to confirm the existing order and any action needed from you before making a replacement purchase.
