An invoice can contain several services with different billing cycles. Read each line before paying: the product name, associated domain or service, billed period and amount explain what the charge covers. A hosting renewal, a domain renewal and a one-time migration are different items even when they appear on the same invoice.
Recommended workflow
- Open the invoice from the client area and compare every line with the services and domains you own.
- Check the amount due, currency, tax information where applicable and any applied credit.
- Keep the invoice reference with your payment record so that a query can be matched to the correct bill.
The invoice date is the date the bill was issued, while the due date is the payment deadline shown on that invoice. A service renewal date is related to its own billing cycle and may not be identical to the issue date. Confirm the selected currency and payment method, and check whether any account credit has already reduced the amount due.
In the Weeby catalog, each enabled one-year domain registration, transfer or renewal is priced at $10 USD. Other products retain their own published cycles and rates. If something does not match the order you intended, contact Billing with the invoice number and the specific line before making changes.
