Understand service status, renewal dates and domain expiry Печать

A service status and a billing date describe different parts of the account. Active indicates the current recorded service state. Pending normally means that an order or service is awaiting the next step. Suspended records a restriction, while Completed can be used for delivered one-time work. Read the service details and related tickets to understand the reason.

Recommended workflow

  1. Review Services and Domains separately and note the billing cycle, next due date and domain expiry where shown.
  2. Open the associated invoice to confirm the exact item and period being billed.
  3. Check the latest support response or activation details to see whether any review, validation or provider action remains outstanding.

A domain expiry date also needs separate attention from a hosting renewal. Paying for web hosting does not automatically renew a domain unless the invoice includes the domain renewal and the registrar action completes successfully. Likewise, a paid invoice and an operational service are related but distinct records when manual review or provider provisioning is required.

For a renewal question, gather the service reference, invoice number, current status and date shown in the client area. Contact Billing about invoice allocation and the appropriate technical department about provisioning or availability. Do not assume that placing a new order extends an existing service.
